“a Target for EURATOM”

Louis Armand, Franz Etzel, and Francesco Giordani from France, Germany, and Italy respectively – also known as the Committee of Three Wise Men – publish their report titled “A Target for EURATOM”, in which they study the resources and needs of Europe in terms of nuclear energy. They submitted this Report to the Governments of the Six of the European Coal and Steel Community.
