Aid to those Affected in the Former Yugoslavia

The first installment of humanitarian aid to those affected in the former Yugoslavia is announced by the Commission in Brussels at a press conference. From the beginning of the war until the summer of 1994, the EU made decisions for aid totaling 796 million ECU (approximately 920 million USD).
