Belgrade – Pristina Dialogue

On August 18, 2022, Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, responsible for a Stronger Europe in the World, participated in the third Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue in Brussels. Together with Aleksandar Vučić, President of Serbia, Albin Kurti, Prime Minister of Kosovo*, and Miroslav Lajčák, EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, they discussed the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
* This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
