Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, was received at the Presidential Palace in Naypyidaw, Myanmar/Burma, for a meeting and dinner with U Thein Sein, President of Myanmar/Burma. Catherine Ashton was in Myanmar/Burma to participate in the ASEAN Regional Forum
