Catherine Ashton’s Visit to Vietnam

Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, and Phἀm Bình Minh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, met in Hanoi. They primarily discussed the free trade agreement that should be signed before the end of the year.
