Commercial Agreements between Austria and ECSC

Austria and the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), following the conclusion of the Geneva Tariff Conference, proceed to sign a protocol and a tariff agreement. The first concerns an anti-dumping clause for steel trade, independent of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), while the second relates to the reduction of tariffs within the framework of GATT.
