Two Operational Programs for Portugal are being signed in Lisbon, in the presence of the European Commissioner for Employment and Social Affairs, Anna Diamantopoulou, who also delivered a related speech. One Program is related to employment, training, and social development, while the other concerns education. According to the Commissioner, these Programs align with the strategy decided at the European Council in March in Lisbon.
