Conference on “Cooperation for Strengthening the European Neighborhood Policy”

The European Commission hosted the first meeting of Ministers and other representatives from all countries covered by the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) with their EU counterparts. The aim was to exchange views on the lessons learned from the initial years of the ENP and what could be done jointly to strengthen it in the future. The conference focused particularly on opportunities for trade liberalization, mobility, and the challenges of climate change and energy security.
