Council Conclusions on the Progress and Development of ESDP

The General Affairs Council, during its meeting in Brussels regarding the European Security and Defense Policy (ESDP), referred to the progress made with a view to determining its future development. The conclusions adopted at the meeting concerned issues of military capabilities, civil-military coordination/operation management, and Security Sector Reforms (SSR) in the Western Balkans.
