Court Decision on the Independence of the European Investment Bank

In a ruling of the Court in Case 15/00 Commission v European Investment Bank, it states that despite the independence granted to the latter by the Treaty in the exercise of the duties assigned to it by the Treaty, it does not aim to “remove” it from any rule of Community law and more generally from the Community.
