Discrimination Based on Nationality in Imposing Fees on Students from other Member States

The European Court issues a ruling regarding the Gravier case, 293/83. According to this decision, the Court ruled that imposing a registration fee (minerval fee) on students who are nationals of other member states as a prerequisite for access to vocational training constitutes discrimination based on nationality.
