Discussions for the Solution of the “Empty Chair” Crisis

On the occasion of the first meeting of the Extraordinary Council of Luxembourg between the Foreign Ministers of the six countries, on January 17 and 18, regarding the “empty chair” crisis, the Commission of the European Economic Community (EEC), through a relevant memo, refers to the developments in the talks towards finding a solution.
