Draft Contract for Simplifying the Decision-Making Process

A draft contract is being prepared by the Intergovernmental Conference for the Common Market and Euratom with the aim of creating common institutions between the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), the European Economic Community (EEC), and the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom). This decision was made with the goal of reducing the number of community institutions.
