Enrico Gibellieri at the Closing Speech of the ECSC Consultative Committee

At the official session of the ECSC Consultative Committee in Luxembourg, marking the end of its operations, Enrico Gibellieri, as the last President of the Consultative Committee, delivers the closing speech in the hall of the European Centre in Kirchberg, given the expiration of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (23 July 2002), whose work is transferred to the European Economic and Social Committee.
