First Assessment of the ECSC Intergovernmental Committee

An initial assessment of the actions of the Intergovernmental Committee is being drafted by the Foreign Ministers of the Six, of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) following their meeting in Brussels (February 11-12). The Intergovernmental Committee was established as a practice after the Messina Conference.
