In light of the upcoming publication of the White Paper, the European Commission is proceeding with the drafting of a communication plan regarding the guidelines for European governance titled: “For a democratic European governance”. This text places particular emphasis on concepts such as transparency, responsibility, participation, decentralization, integration, while governance in general constitutes a strategic priority.
