French Proposal for a Uranium Separation Plant

At the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom, France proposes the creation of a uranium isotope separation plant. This proposal was made to the six countries that were the founding members of the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom).
