Intergovernmental Committee Aimed at European Political Cooperation

The Heads of State and Government of the “Six” decide to establish an Intergovernmental Committee under the Presidency of the French diplomat Christian Fouchet. This decision was made following the Paris Summit (February 10-11), and the purpose of this Committee is to study and submit proposals regarding European Political Cooperation.
