Jacques Delors Delivers Speech at Agence Europe’s Anniversary Conference

At a conference organized by Greece in Brussels, as the Presiding country of the Council of the European Union for Agence Europe’s 50th anniversary, Jacques Delors delivers a speech in which he states, among other things, that he supports a “Europe that continues” in response to voices calling for a “Refoundation of Europe”.
