Joint Declaration of Institutions for the Protection of Fundamental Human Rights

The European Parliament, the Council, and the Commission of the European Communities sign in Luxembourg, through their Presidents, a joint declaration expressing practical support regarding the protection of fundamental rights as enshrined either in the European Convention on Human Rights or in the Constitutions of the other member states.
