Malfatti’s Speech at the Conference of Foreign Ministers

The President of the Commission, Franco Maria Malfatti, in his speech at the Conference of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the European Communities in Paris, among other things, refers to the problem of recognition of the European Economic Community (EEC) by the Soviet Union and other communist countries, while also addressing the issue of including economic cooperation in the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe.
