No to a Fourth European Assembly

The three European Assemblies announce their refusal to create a fourth European Assembly. Their decision was made known through a memorandum sent to the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom, by the delegation of the Presidencies of the three European Assemblies.
