Parliament in Favor of Establishing a Permanent Rescue Fund for the Eurozone

In its report, the European Parliament’s Committee on Constitutional Affairs supports the establishment of a permanent rescue fund for the eurozone. Nevertheless, MEPs maintain some concerns as the operation of such a mechanism depends on intergovernmental choices without the presence of the EU. For this reason, they call on member states to incorporate this initiative into the EU.
