Participation of Ursula Von Der Leyen, President of the European Commission, in the Bled Strategic Forum

Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, participated in the Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) in Bled, Slovenia, under the theme “The rule of power or the power of rules?”. It was jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia and the Centre for European Perspective. Ursula von der Leyen referred to her ambition to end the EU’s dependence on Russian fossil fuels and diversify suppliers. She also mentioned the integration of the Western Balkans into the EU and the accession process of Albania and North Macedonia.
