Report of the German Presidency on the Continuation of the Treaty Reform Process

The German Presidency, following a request from the European Council that took place in June 2006, submits to the other Council delegations its report on the “Continuation of the Treaty Reform Process”, so that it can serve as a basis and lead to an agreement at the European Council to be held on 21-22 June 2007.
