Report on the Establishment of Community Institutions

The High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community, through a Declaration titled “Report on the state of the Community”, refers to the establishment of the Community’s institutions. At the same time, it expresses satisfaction with the positive climate of cooperation developing between the Community institutions and third external parties.
