Resolution for Amending Articles on Territories and Language

In light of European integration as shaped by regional and local authorities, the European Parliament issues a Resolution and calls on the Assembly to amend relevant articles of the Treaty concerning territorial cohesion, linguistic diversity, and cross-border cooperation. At the same time, it calls for the Committee of the Regions to be allowed to appeal to the Court for annulment of acts that may violate the principle of subsidiarity and/or to defend its prerogatives.
