Resolution of the European Parliament on the Drafting of a European Constitution

A Resolution is adopted by the European Parliament through which it decides to proceed with drafting a Constitution for the European Union. This draft will be based on both the key points of the Spinelli Treaty draft (14 February 1984) and updated guidelines set by the European Parliament, to incorporate the experience of the Single European Act (1986).
