Response to Spain’s Concern about its Trade Agreement

The Foreign Minister of Luxembourg and President of the Council of the European Communities, Gaston Thorn, responds to a letter from the Spanish Foreign Minister (dated October 29, 1971), assuring him that the concerns that could arise from the Community’s enlargement regarding the trade agreement existing with Spain since 1970 will be considered.
