Special Council of Ministers, 3rd Meeting

The Council of Ministers met under the Presidency of Grigoris Varfis, the Greek Deputy Minister of European Affairs, in Brussels. This special session was dedicated to the implementation of the Stuttgart Declaration. During the European Council in Stuttgart, it was agreed to undertake extensive action to ensure the revival of the European Community. Particular attention should be given to the Common Agricultural Policy and the European Community’s structural funds.
