State of the Union Address 2016 by Jean-Claude Juncker

Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission, delivered the State of the Union Address 2016 “For a Better Europe – A Europe that Protects, Empowers and Defends” at the Plenary Session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, under the Presidency of Martin Schulz, President of the European Parliament.
