Supplementary Memorandum to Sweden’s Application for Membership

On July 28, in a memorandum from Sweden that comes to supplement its application for membership to the European Economic Community, dated July 26, 1967, it expresses the desire for negotiations to take place firstly as closely as possible with the other member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and secondly to be granted the right to political neutrality.
