Supplementary Treaty Draft for the European Union

During the Dutch Presidency and in the course of the Intergovernmental Conference on Political Union, a “Treaty Draft for the European Union” is presented. It contains provisions for amending the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community with the aim of establishing the European Community. This text complements the draft prepared by the previous Luxembourg Presidency.
