The Agreement of Six before the Establishment of Euratom

26/7/1956

France, Italy, the Netherlands, the Federal Republic of Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg enter into a regulatory agreement with provisional measures before the establishment of Euratom, so that the concerned countries do not take actions contrary to its objectives before the Treaty comes into force. These measures concerned fissile materials, radiation detectors, and special uranium isotope separation devices.
