The Changes Brought by the Treaty of Lisbon

The Committee on Constitutional Affairs submits a report on the changes that the Treaty of Lisbon will bring to the European structure. The report considers the implementation of the new provisions envisaged in the Treaty particularly important for the smooth functioning of the Union, while also referring to the new appointments that are foreseen.
