The Council Approves Three Directives of the Mansholt Plan for Agriculture

The Cabinet (despite some measures of the Mansholt plan being unpopular) approved three Directives, the first of which concerned the modernization of agricultural holdings, the second the redistribution of agricultural land aimed at making structural improvements while also supporting the cessation of agricultural activity, and finally, the third Directive was related to the training of farmers in corresponding agricultural skills.
