The Draft Treaty for the European Political Community is Delivered

The draft Treaty for the European Political Community is delivered in Strasbourg, at an official session at the Maison de l’Europe. This draft was presented by the President of the Ad Hoc Assembly, Paul-Henri Spaak, to the President of the Special Council of Ministers of the ECSC, Georges Bidault, in the presence of Joseph Bech, Alcide De Gasperi, Paul van Zeeland, and Konrad Adenauer.
