The Meeting of the Six before the Signing of the Treaty of Paris

Konrad Adenauer, Carlo Sforza, Paul van Zeeland, Dirk Stikker, Joseph Bech, and Robert Schuman meet at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The purpose of this meeting of the aforementioned Foreign Ministers (i.e., the six countries participating in the Schuman Plan) is to settle the final details before the signing of the Treaty of Paris, concerning the establishment of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC). This Treaty was signed on April 18, 1951.
