US-EU Cooperation Visit on Technology Issues

Lee A. Dubridge, Scientific Advisor to Richard Nixon, President of the United States, visited the Commission of the European Communities, where he was received by Jean Rey, President of the Commission of the European Communities. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of science and technology, in the presence of Fritz Hellwig, Vice-President of the Commission of the European Communities responsible for General Research and Technology, the Joint Nuclear Research Centre and Information Dissemination, and Wilhelm Haferkamp, member of the Commission of the European Communities responsible for Energy, the Supply Agency, Safeguards and Controls.
