Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, was in the Philippines and co-chaired the annual EU-ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference, which marked 40 years of partnership between the two blocs.
