Visit of Ursula Von Der Leyen, President of the European Commission, to Estonia

On 10 October 2022, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, traveled to Estonia, where she met with Kaja Kallas, Prime Minister of Estonia, and Alar Karis, President of Estonia. She also delivered a keynote speech at the Tallinn Digital Summit and inaugurated Estonia’s Just Transition Plan with Kaja Kallas. The Just Transition Fund supports territories particularly concerned with the transition to a climate-neutral economy. The support will be based on the development strategy defined in the territorial Just Transition plans.
