Werner’s Vision for a Unified Europe

During a meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Prime Minister of Luxembourg and Minister of State, Pierre Werner, refers to his vision for a unified Europe, which can be realized through the creation of an economic and monetary union that, in turn, can lead to a political Union.
